Service Terms
By using Fast Radiator's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Estimates
- Estimates provided are good for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Additional issues discovered during repair may require additional authorization.
- We will always contact you before proceeding with work outside the original estimate.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
- Payment plans are available for major repairs upon approval.
Warranty Terms
- All repairs and installations are covered by our 12-month warranty.
- Warranty covers parts and labor for the specific repair performed.
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
- To claim warranty service, original receipt is required.
Appointment Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service or need to reschedule.
- Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
Parts and Materials
- We use quality OEM and premium aftermarket parts.
- Old parts will be returned upon request; otherwise they are disposed of responsibly.
- Special order parts may require a deposit and cannot be returned.
Limitation of Liability
Fast Radiator's liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, towing costs, or alternate transportation expenses.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information and issue descriptions.
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
- Respond to communications regarding your vehicle in a timely manner.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Butts County, Georgia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
